Class action will take long time. You may have a look at BAU which had a long standing class action, settled at around 10% of total raising.

Paradice dumping on fifth day and sixth day after bad news, was strange, IMO.
First 4 days, VET trading higher and lots of volume and Future Fund and another fund topped up.
But Paradice chose to sell 8m shares on fifth 3/11 and sixth 4/11 (total volume is only 14.9m), I guess they sold their remaining 8m Wednesday and Friday, drove sp to new low of 65c. It's clear they may have good position of shorting to make hefty gains to offset losses, IMO.
