Sue . You have said recently that the casing will have to be recemented. I am trying to get my head around that one. So mud is pumped through first , then cement follows. Then a top seal then mud on top of that. By pressure the cement is forced into the annular annular and when top seal hits shoe it seals the cement into the annular. For the cement to be forced out of the annular the top seal has not seated properly on shoe? ? Would you please clarify . Thanks Mate.
