    re: sues gsk article.. smh today IP could be a thing - but the company had advice for a litigation first strategy they might be after an out of court settlement from glaxo - perhaps a $50M-$100M + payout and IP rights - certainly something that will hog the media headlines though and dare i say attract a speculative element of investment which might be a quick 10% gain.
