rfta,
I can sympathize with you.
I had sciatica commencing in December last year.
The most extreme pain I have had in my life.
Went down the same path as you with massage, stretching exercises Physio.
chiros.
Had CT scan which showed nothing
Also on oxy,tramadol, and lyricia.
Nothing was working and the pain was as you describe it, unbelievable.
In mid February has an MRI.
A tumor in my spine at the l3-l4 level.
You will see it as an elongated oval in the spinal column in the attached photo.
Scary stuff.
Had it removed early March.
Fairly difficult delicate op as it was right inside the spinal chord.
Fortunately it was benigh.
Instantly fixed the pain.
All good.
But rehab to repair cut bone and muscle a long process.
Bottom line for you.
You realy need to have an MRI to see what may be causing it.
Cheers,
Bendigo
