any reason for the rise..???? hi guys.

we've seen (sib) go from a recent low of 21cents on the 12/10.

high 25cents 15/10

can't see any reason for this climb in the past 7days, as mention the other day bidder @22cents for 1,000,000shares.

see chart below, note increase in on balance volume.
