i didn't get to see what you wrote - but I'm guessing it wasn't pretty?
if you put a "K" in front of someone's name - well I have seen that description on the BOW thread.
anyway, there seems to be much confusion with this tax.

I have got a feeling it simply will not get up.

All it is going to need is a few more coys cancelling projects (like Cape Lambert), and the media will jump on the band wagon, the pollies will get wobbly knees, and the tax will be scrapped, or heavily modified.
