Im not worried about the markets difficulty in valuing it because all of its products are downcycle currently, and every piece of bad news regarding CSR must be almost exhausted. Any one of 2 or 3 upcoming trends will see a CSR stock price rise.

+ Sugar price uptrend
+ Housing market uptrend
+ Demand for new energy efficient glass.

If you want exposure to residential construction and sugar.. i.e you are slightly contrarian.. :-) then CSR is for you. I think this is the bottom for CSR.

I think the day the market decides interest rates will go down rather than up, is the day instos will jump into CSR. It could be a long wait scraping in the gutter till september or october unfortunately.
