    My whole diet revolves around avoiding sugar ( generally )
    I don't eat anytthing that has greater then 7g of sugar per 100g on the packaging
    That tends to cut out most crap.
    Occasionally about once a fortnight ill have a fizzy drink and you can sure notice the sugar rush..
