US listing has a minimum initial share price of $4, as we are not there will create an ADR listing using a specific multiple in order to achieve this. Eg. 22:1 at 25c. To be equal to 5.5 aud / 4.20 usd.
Eg one company that listed last month has 1c shares and therefore 1 US listed share was equal to 600 company shares. No difference in initial price thought.
