Well - if you read back - I never said at all that a tax would fix it.

However, I did ask you what you think would fix it ------------- aside from your rants on 'personal responsibility' - which, clearly have not and do not work.

You have to go from where we are ------------- so, what would you suggest ------------- and, please - make it so it is practical - something that can be applied in the real world - both practically and politically.
