That I have no idea but I am sure someone will find a way if there is an economic benefit.
Honey is 60% glucose 40% fructose so unfortunately it should be taxed according to its fructose percentage.
I used to eat nearly 2kg per month of honey on bread, toast, cereal, anything but not anymore.
