• Supports mine redesign to incorporate increased level intervals,improved operating efficiency and lower costs- New fit for purpose maintenance workshop operational, upgrades tomining services infrastructure (pumping, communications) welladvanced- Deliver acceptable availabilities and utilisation of fleet, followed byoptimising productivity

▪ Plant optimisation to provide flexibility- New crusher removes high cost bottleneck & increases throughputfrom 40t/hr to >100t/hr- Paste plant and reticulation system to deliver paste underground‒ Increased ore recovery, improved stope stability & reduced LOM TSFfootprint with the majority of tailings deposited underground
