rogar never surfaced.. we all asked for more detail, i checked all papers and wrote some emils to editors,, i couldnt confirm his story..
it looks like some of it was correct.. pity the poster couldnt clarify further.. i believe it may have been a UK poster maybe knowing a bit about the eme announcement and adding a little on to throw a different light on it.. who knows?
