I'm surprised that they didn't issue an after hours announcement.
It's a very public statement of Hilcorp's commitment to the Sugarloaf. They earrn their WI progressively and could have dropped out at any time. Not now - no chance - they would not have exercised the option if there was any possibility of that.
Also, they may be taking their time with Easley but they seem not to be hanging back on their planning and preparation for the other 2 new wells.
Things are starting to look really good. With the broker talking about potential 10 bagger and being conservative with the oil/gas ratio.
