Regarding this line "the lode has the potential to increase significantly at depth", as I am not a tradie or geologist, can you please offer us some insights as to how you drew that conclusion?
I don't consider this advice in any way, just a chance to look into the minds of the tough guys at the coal (gold) face. While I would love to go into a mine some day, I doubt my hands would ever let me work one.
