I would like to suggest the next steps from Georges comment below (taken from page 2 of the recent announcement).
The best structure to maximize shareholder value is going to be one of 2 scenarios.
1. They spin off the Peru assets via a simple sale for cash, or cash and stock.
2. They spin off the Peru assets into another vehicle on the ASX with its own code.
Time will tell if I am correct.
