I think I figured it out....
1) So broker gets group of richies together....
2) Broker approaches RAF and buys directly @ 18c, good deal stock should be worth more and go up soon....
3) IPO work begins because RAF has money and they are dodgey bastards and mr broker and richies say well fk u....
4) Broker & associated richies begin to short stock and prices eats the big stick....
What cha reckon?
