I agree, enough's enough, they need to really consider merging all assets....
Stage and just having SOC own them....Not introduce more IPO's and subsidiaries etc..
PMR assets are essentially worth $0 to SOC
The new IPO is essentially worth $0 to SOC
Our MC valuation is based on nothing at this stage because we don't actually have anything, high percentages of lots of everything...If SOC was considered an investment company it would be different, but an exploration company that owns no assets is essentially worthless.
Lesson learnt, an asset that holds another asset is not worth anything unless its under the parent company directly.
