HRS & RAF are good examples of that, they own low % of lots of stock, and their valuation are terrible....Far below the % ownership's of the MC of each of the companies they hold...
Because those type of company just line the pockets of the directors working in them....
Transitioning SOC into a HRS / RAF was inevitable because "Henry" is a terrible Company Secretary and works for all of them.
