Tristanc  it is you who is being naive and mischievous.  You use 15 odd years of data in a region of the atmosphere that is NOT relevant as per NOAAs own admission.

10 miles up sunshine is where it counts according to NOAA.  Not 20 miles mate.  And please try and use a larger data base next time and preferrably one that is relevant to the discussion

RSS TLS data is consistent with NOAA's finding.

RSS TLS data is consistent data.  It has been used time and time again by the IPCC.  You just dont like it anymore do you.

We have startosphere satellite temperature from UAH and RSS.
Both RSS and UAH are continually updating the techniques on how to deal with drag,  viewing angles and other bias identified.  Even viewing across different layers in the atmosphere amongst many other issues.

We have two different datasets of radio sonde.  One from the English HADAT2 and the other from the United States RATPAC Radiosonde

Lets see how these datasets compare with each other.  OH look a sample from none other than the IPCC

You are making up rubbish to divert away from another fingerprint of the settled science that has failed miserably.

The Stratosphere WHERE it COUNTS is not cooling!
