I’m just trying to get ideas on how many ways this could play out.
As we all know they have substantial cash in the bank.
And the money was raised for the management to use in growing the business by expanding and growing current products and for acquisitions.

So I would be expecting that most/all funds will be gone by doing the above over the next say 18 months to 24 months.
Which will leave little or no funds left to pay any class actions if that is the way it ends.
