If this report is true then these white knights are in effect robber barrons.Just more greed really .There is no good reason this should succeed or be accepted,the precedent of the Curtis grab and related transaction rejection is NOT necessarily a reason for acceptance of this offer IMO.The power of HC forum needs to come out AGAINST this sale or any sale of Crown even though it does not require shareholder approval as it is not a "related" transaction
