forrest you know nothing about what l've been through, and yes l blame it on others. There is no service in anything now. l have memorys of going to the last computer shop in town after l had eliminated all others because of poor service (l dont expect or ask for much) l went in there and told the idiot that runs the joint that l had $30,000 to spend on a computer system that l had in mind, l knew what l wanted and we sat in his office for an hour and discussed it in between him making me sit there listening to all his BS phone calls, l wouldnt think its every day some one comes in to spend 30k, l had to tell him that so he's get it through his thick head that cost was not an issue because otherwise he would be trying to sell me cheap garbage that breaks down. All l wanted was the most reliable computer system l could buy and made it clear money was not a problem. anyway what l got was nine weeks of absolute hell.
Thats just one of many many bad memorys of poor service,
