Sorry to hear of your loss Warnie and Debono.Distress and depression can trigger suicide.The bad thing about suicide is that it can be a split second decision.A depressive day can turn into suicide.However if you suffer from depression you need to say to yourself that at sometime in the future you will feel better about yourself.I have always found that exercise and activity is very important in combating strees and depression.I have had a few down points in my life like everyone but have used these periods as motivation to say I have won.My attitude is that I will win at all costs.At one stage I was holed up in hospital with cancer and didn't look too good.I found a way out after surgery and chemo and have been clear since.I must of said the word win to myself 1000 times a day.Look at Lance Armstrong win at all costs.Anyway all the best.The saying is its a beautiful day don't let it slip away.
