yes, but extrinsic factors are a part of life, and when they routinely interact with a drug in a way that causes serious side effects, that’s relevant. I agree care needs to be taken when interpreting information like this, but the anecdotal linkage between existing acne treatments and mental health issues such as depression is well established, and in my view shouldn’t be ignored.
