DH I don`t think it will come to any suing as I am recovering
quite well.
I was merely walking across a park which would normally would
be mowed much in the same manner as your lawn would be
kept. It was the shortest route. I could have gone around but to be quite honest the footpath is in shocking condition.
I am surprised at the number of replies that implicate that it
is my fault I suspect their shallow criticism is more about their back pocket than basic community safety, sad people indeed.
