    I've had unconfirmed reports that potential overseas interests are circling CGV for a possible buyout.

    May explain the heavy trading in the stock and why the price was held down on the back of some very spectacular news.

    I rang th company today and they had "no comment" which suggests there may be some truth behind it.

    Be interesting to see what eventuates.
