I think you’ve missed the point completely.
Sukh Energy haven’t signed a $655 Million contract. There are multiple customers that make up the $655 Million contract.
Sukh Energy are supply chain services, so they are intermediaries and not buying for themselves. Then you focus on the UK business. To register a business in Australia you only need $1. It will be similar in the UK hence the $100 assets.
They may not have clients in the UK but that doesn’t mean they don’t have clients in other parts of the world e.g. India. They may have signed the contract to supply the batteries to one of their clients with whom they have a binding contract.
The factory is real and the technology is real in a high growth high demand industry. The shares are backed by real assets and IP.
