    From what I understand, nothing.

    Basically they announced a US $160m contract with Omega Seiki and in the same announcement added a progress report - One point of which Seiki energy have permitted to use their name as being one of the companies having signed a binding agreement with iM3NY, as most companies signing these binding contracts wish to remain anonymous for reasons previously addressed by the company.
