I don't expect any of the Johnny Come Lately shareholders in Sipa would even connect the dots on this one. But it looks like there is now a serious probability that this could be mined. If Northern Star is getting involved then expect things to move quite quickly.
However i note that in the 2017 Sipa annual report the following......
