As far as I’m concerned now all I’m interested in is in Troy explaining in more detail which major holder it was that expressed an interest last Sunday in assisting AVL with kicking off some initial interest in battery sales for AVL.

In his post [ref] today Troy disclosed AVL was now getting help from ex-TMT holders, as moving forward from this point was not impossible, but this was sometimes not up to management!
“For your information those now TMT holders you talk about are trying to assist AVL in getting their projects off the ground on both the mining front and battery front behind the scenes.
The forward outlook is not impossible but can be helped by all involved. Sometimes its not just up to management.”


When questioned on these words, he wrote;

It was only 2 days ago that one of the major holders expressed interest in assisting the company with kicking off some initial interest in Battery sales for AVL.
That same shareholder is reaching out to all shareholders and networks across Australia to promote Vsun battery sales. So what the harm??

Lewis, I think it’s fair to ask which major holder has offered to help which AVL representatives about which battery!
Also what kind of new information or deals this shareholder proposes to present to “all shareholders across Australia”.
(Seems a bit like intending to ‘preach to the converted’ the way it came across!)

I think others are also interested in the answers to these questions apart from the half dozen I am led to believe are already in the know due to their insider status.

As others have noted We’re not in ‘Kansas’ any more!
TMT is now in the hands of strong new management and TMT ‘clout’ is well under 50% of the whole!
Further; only ONE major holder in TMT has so far embraced AVL to a significant extent (both before and immediately after the merger scheme was presented.)
If ex TMT holders who are called out for misleading posts want to condone unnecessary ‘foul play’ in the lead up to the merger and then infer AVL management is not up to the job without their cronies’ help then I think they should be called out on it!
