You’re having a laugh if you think AVL need to announce to market using industry connections to sell batteries. As an AVL shareholder I’d hope they’d be doing that every day. It’s irrelevant that it’s a shareholder doing it, shareholders and board members do this work all the time.
Troydt likely knows this person from his work during the merger through hotcopper people. If you’d been a part of that group maybe you would have met them too. I support RhysT’s theory that you have an insider connection as you took the no vote personally. Only someone with a connection to a major shareholder, or the parties set to make millions from the merger, would’ve taken getting an extra 18% so personally.
