Don't know what "genuine facts" you required by everyone to support not being happy with 12:1. The damn independent report said it was an unfair price, there is your fact that covers every TMT shareholder, happy with the original price or not.
Besides that, every holder is entitled to value their shares whatever they like, so 12:1 or 20:1 no one needs to present facts to you or anybody else of how much they estimate their shares are worth and what they would like to sell them for. You never understood this point during the whole ordeal and still seem to need an explanation.
Anyway it is done and you benefited from the improved offer, so why in the world you are still narky is beyond me.
