Sultan was formed out of the shell left over from WYT, a failed IT company.

September 2004 - Wytomic Limited (WYT) Appointment of Voluntary Administrators

November 2006- Name changed from Wytomic Limited to Sultan Corporation Limited

December 2006- Capital Raising completed and comes out of suspension.

May 2007 - Acquisition of Isabella Minerals Pty Ltd by Sultan from Derek. Derek was appointed a Director of Sultan at that point.

May 2007 - Peelwood purchased.
