Stephen Ross - Was Non Exec Director at SUM now Non Exec Chairman at PNN
Jay Stephenson - Was / is SUM company secretary now at PNN as company secretary
Mena Habib & Bishoy Habib - related?
Obviously, the non exec director world is one of serving many companies, with projects right next to each other and a mesh of management it's interesting. Surely some correspondence between the 2 companies.
Just an observation, was bored, and looked at the 2 companies' websites.
