I cant see 12c in this chart. 18c is hugging 78.6 fib.. vol is declining by the day with retail the main sellers, pros the buyers.. EMA could turn up and cross the SMA as early as next week, as to the MACD.. Best bit is so much loose retail shares have been absorbed, so when it turns on the good news thats due it may be a decent run..
