I made a comment on X saying I sensed a battle for ownership stakes going on here only for the board to rug pull into a CR with 100k board deposit , does this confirm my thesis all of this has been to ensure there's no potential for a hostile takeover? The depth backs this theory, they're grouping to predatory trade this stock in order to clean out traders and hold the majority of the stock. This is why the sell side is kept so thin it prevents anyone entering big without driving it to 30 cents, likely to be dumped on again
