Hello. Nothing I am posting is criminal. I posted it was merely an "impression" or "suspicion" due to the timing of the allocation of the vendor shares and the sell down yesterday. Possibly the vendor has not sold any shares.
Note: SUM did not increase the amount of "restricted shares" in their announcement (in comparison to previous announcements) therefore I don't know what is really going on. If you have an issue with this matter, you should contact SUM or the ASX. The onus falls upon SUM and the ASX that SUM makes clear disclosures to the market.
