Owning SUMO provides the holder with the option to convert into full SUM shares. Owning 100k SUMO gives you the ability to convert into 100k SUM as long as you pay the 25c strike price per SUMO owned (in this example $25,000) and complete all required documentation before the expiry date.
SUMO is a listed option that allows it to be traded like any normal stock on the ASX. The main caveat being they have an expiry date, so they will not be listed forever.
