Yes because Ta is used in those tiny black capacitors on circuit boards - BUT Nb is used to harden steel - its fantastic at that requiring only a part percent to greatly increase the steel's value - go do some numbers and see what the market and demand will be.
True Nb is a super conductor and a Li ion battery enhancer but its the steel use which will blow it away.
IMO - just buy any stock with Nb in its headline - if you catch a few (like WA1 ENR SUM RR1 etc) and some go to mine you have wealth for life.
IMO and definitely NOT advice.
