What remains stuck to the walls and roof of that digger's adit is valuable info, but what was taken away and sold is vital - will only get that info for sure by drilling into a fresh pegmatite.
Meanwhile the rock chips assays, if ASX allows them, will be a good measure since our M.Cap is so small. The potential upside is astronomical.
Many here have commented on WA1's Cap of $1 billion - and compared it to SUM's. But if you calculate out the value of the high grade portion of WA1's Luni discovery (I have posted details) you get a mined and processed value of the Nb2O5 at Luni of > $100 billion < $200 billion. Aprox.
That shows us what a Nb mine could be able to produce and why its 'game on' for the canny investors and traders. But there is a long way to go yet - and IMO WA1 has just scratched the surface in West Arunta.
