No it is not a defined resource at all:
It is an Inferred Resource,
Which isn't even as good as an Indicated resource....
It is literally written in WA1's own Announcement:
"The Competent Person has classified the Mineral Resource in the Inferred category in accordance with the JORC Code (2012).
Geological evidence is sufficient to imply but not verify geological and grade continuity."
