Better to have a smaller slice of a big pie that can actually be produced sooner than to sit on it unable to fund works on on your own. Sandro obviously sees there's significant potential here, obviously he's de-risked by getting some payment upfront, but they could have sold the whole thing off and moved on rather than stay, be on site and doing the hard physical work. Not many shareholders do that.
