Our MD has stated that this Brazil acquisiton is 'transformational'.

We are in Brazil as a first mover...holy grail for most of Earth's supply of Nb & Ta.

Vendor is a local Guru (& a highly gifted geo) who knows our hot ground like the back of his hand.

Guru has taken shares mainly & remains heavily involved in the company; and is leading the ground operation...a great value add and a great deal for all.

Equador Project has been mined by the Guru & others historically for Nb & Ta...at surface....so there is no doubt its there at surface in spades...so this isn't exploration its mining!

Historical grades of the area are super high.

My scant geo knowledge is that if you have decent mineralisation at surface you generally have a stack more of it at depth.

We also have decent Li & U Projects.

We may well acquire more high grade REE projects in Brazil.

We have 30 high grade target areas at Equador alone.

WA1 did 110 bags and has a market cap well ovet $1b and only has Nb not Ta. Ta is 6 times more valuable then Nb.

Guru has confirmed in recent video we have Ta.

We have a nice stash of cash at bank.

We atm have a $15m MC. Yep only $15m.

Not a pump. All facts & quite possibily a one in a million opportunity for all. You just gotta join the dots. The lack of a sell side right now when we are at an ATH tells me most holders kinda have.
