SUM next WA1, page-865

Sandro's 6m shares were supposed to be issued on 30/5/24 and given this, he would have been SUM's largest shareholder with around 9%. Unless he is late to report or has no clue he about it (which I doubt as they'd be held by possibly GBA Capital, he's most likely dumped the 3 million as we havent seen a sub holder notice? No problem with that but wonder if he's holding fat and waiting for the first lot of assays to drop. He's certainly done his fair share of pumping and those 3m shares would have netted him around $600k plus the $225k upfront payment.
