    based on the article I put up
    the sugar business is worth $900m
    and the building and aluminium business is worth $1.5bn

    total $2.4bn

    at the moment the company is capitalised at $3.1bn

    i could be wrong but the market is valuing the company at a premium of 29% which seems like a lot
