I have heard the earthquake has slowed things down by 2 to 3 weeks but she is still going ahead - that is all I know.

Badvibes stated that the deal may fallen / or had fallen thru - but I haven't heard anything of that nature.

As long as we understand that these Directors are possibly the worst Directors in the history of the world and they have no consideration for shareholders - if you can get over that then hang in because this coal deal a beauty :-)

Also Adavale Directors will have no choice but to put the foot to the floor after this deal goes thru because they have another investor on board who will want results.

It should be a go few years for this company when this deal is signed off.

Does anyone know who the other 40% Investor is?
