In the end the fundamentals will determine what happens to AVQ. The corporate stuff is important but the over riding influence is how good is the project and can AVQ advance it? As I see it the current state of play is:
1. No definite timeline as to when Kolosori will be granted back to AVQ or even if that will happen (having spent $12-15M on the project)
2. The maiden San Jorge is coming, but from the drilling released to date it looks like being around 1% Ni.
3. Making money out of a 1% Ni laterite resource via a direct shipping operation is unlikely
4. AVQ is fast running out of money and their rights issue is currently stopped
5. It is unlikely AVQ will have enough funds to complete a Feasibility Study on San Jorge which will be needed in order to get the ML granted (and in any case from a technical perspective it is probably not warranted anyway)
Anyone looking at this rationally can figure out which way this thing is going to go from here.
