Highly, highly unlikely User23 is working for Sumitomo. I'm an MBN holder (sadly) and know User23 from those threads. If you look you'll find years of prolific posting on MBN from him / her. Why would he/she do that?
The simple answer is, there used to be a bit of disagreement between Jantimot who held AVQ and often gave his (learned but negative) thoughts on MBN, and User23 who was positive re MBN. So IMO, user23 returned the favour on AVQ's threads. I'm not saying that's right, or Jantimot was wrong. Just explaining how IMO it has happened. No boogey men sabotaging the AVQ share price I'd say.

PS: I held a small amount of AVQ for a while. Gave up in the end - sold at a small loss after being up 100%. I feel for those of you who have been hanging on so long.
