And while I've got you
@Wyckoff. I was keeping the following to myself, as no one has seemed to pick up on it so I was wondering with your mysterious and enviable insider knowledge that the rest of as mere mortals aren't privy to, would you be able to expand on these developments. I think it was you among others were one of the posters that seemed to gloss over the ASIC investigation of the RI saying that it was something along the lines of clerical error.
I'll give you something to think about mate, and I can't believe no one has mentioned this, straight from the horses mouth Mr Ryan Mount. Would anyone who think the ASIC investigation (the biggest problem by far hanging over the company)
is just a "clerical error" care to share their thoughts? ASIC don't bugger around with little tin pot companies because they've made a spelling mistake.
There is barely a company on any forum, on any stock chat site that has not at some time heard the cry's of "This share price manipulation is bullshit, why don't ASIC do something" or "These BOD's need investigating, someone call ASIC".
Truth be told that as many would know ASIC don't just work in the securities market, they investigate private companies, funds, investment schemes, banks, brokers and the bigger private traders/manipulators themselves. By their own admission ASIC have for many years said that they don't have the resources to be everywhere, so they look after the worst and the bigger end of town where most are effected.
So ask yourselves, what are ASIC doing investigating a tiny little fledgling nickel explorer? Not just the CR but their SI operations. Clerical errors my bum.
